What are the terms and conditions of the Ramadan Promotion?

• For the duration of the Ramadan Promotion, there will be 25% off selected products. 
• Offers are available starting 5th March,12 PM GST (Gulf Standard Time) till 25th March, 12 PM GST.
• No promo code is required to access the sale, any applicable discount will be clearly applied at checkout. 
• Product exclusions apply. If the product is eligible for a discount, it will reflect on the product page, cart and at checkout. If the discount is not applied at checkout, either the products you have selected are not part of the promotion, or the sale may have ended. Please check your discount has been applied before proceeding to the payment stage.    
• Items in your cart are not held for your purchase, there may be instances wherein product/s become unavailable when you finalize the payment. 
• Promo codes cannot be redeemed with items purchased as part of the promotion (this excludes codes issued in exchange for loyalty points). If your loyalty code does not work, please let us know. 
• Order processing times will be longer than regular periods due to high order volume. You can check our current estimated delivery times on a separate FAQs page (click HERE). Please note estimated delivery times may be subject to change. 
• Order items cannot be amended, this includes changing shades and adding or removing items (including samples and free gifts).  
• Cancellation and address change requests are not guaranteed, regardless of when the request was sent. Please just send us the request as soon as possible by sending us an email at [email protected]. Once an order has been cancelled, we will be unable to reinstate it if you change your mind.   
• All products sold on the site are subject to availability. Due to increased demand coupled with the rapid pace of orders during our Ramadan Promotion, there may be instances where items become unavailable after you've placed an order. In such cases, we will notify you and we'll initiate a refund for the items that are out of stock. 
• In the case of order issues such as damaged or missing items, replacements for the same item/s may not be possible if the items are no longer available, however, our team will help resolve this for you.    
• Huda Beauty reserves the right to adjust sale timings and discount rates throughout the Ramadan Promotion. Please note that we are unable to compensate for any differences in pricing. 

Free Shipping:  

• For US orders, your cart/order total should reach the above-mentioned threshold before the application of any taxes/duties and after any discount codes have been applied.
• For all other countries, to be eligible for free shipping, your cart/order total should reach the above-mentioned threshold after any discount codes have been applied.
• We cannot combine multiple orders to meet free shipping thresholds. 

Free Gifts:  

• For US orders, your cart/order total should reach the above-mentioned threshold before the application of any taxes/duties and after any discount codes have been applied. 
• For all other countries, to be eligible for free gifts, your cart/order total should reach the above-mentioned threshold after any discount codes have been applied.
• The free gift will be added to your cart automatically once you reach the required threshold, but please note, if you apply any discount codes to your cart after reaching the threshold, the gift may be removed from the cart when you proceed to payment.
• Free gifts may vary depending on your location.
