My 'Free Gift' is not reflecting at checkout?

Any 'Free Gift' items will be available to add to your cart at checkout. The item will show 'Free Of Charge' if you have reached the qualifying spend.

Your qualifying spend is based on your order value after any discounts, and before any tax or shipping costs have been applied to your order.

At the bottom of your cart you will also see the amount left to spend to reach the 'free gift' threshold. Please check that you have reached the qualifying spend, if you have and your gift is still not available please use the CONTACT US option below.
