Your points will only be added to your account when your order has shipped. If your order has shipped already and your points have not been added. Please check if you were logged into your account when your order was placed.
If so, we would recommend to reset your cache, and log in and out of your account (please check that you have the correct country selected on the site, you can change this using the flag country selector).
If you still can't see your points on your account just let us know using the CONTACT US option below. If you were expecting any bonus points to be added please let us know what bonus points should have been added.
Please note, if you have created an account after placing your order, we can only honor points on accounts created within 24 hours of your order being placed.
