Your points will only be added to your account 24 hours after your order is placed. If it has been 24 hours and your points have not been added, please check if you were logged into your account when your order was placed.
If so, we would recommend resetting your cache, and logging in and out of your account (please check that you have the correct country selected on the site, you can change this using the flag country selector). Please also make sure the email address on your loyalty account matches the email address you used to place your order.
If you still can't see your points on your account just let us know using the CONTACT US option below. If you were expecting any bonus points to be added please let us know what bonus points should have been added.
