Do my points or tier expire?

Your points will expire If your account is inactive for a year (that means no purchases made within 365 days from the date of your last order).

However, your tier will not expire, once you reach a certain tier, your status will remain the same (subject to change).

If a purchase is refunded for any reason, the associated reward points will be deducted from your point balance.
