1. If you already have your USPS pre-paid returns label: |
1. Check your items are eligible for return 2. Fill in the return details on your pack slip (don't forget to include this in your return package) along with your items 3. Remove all extra labels from the packaging and affix the pre-paid USPS label from the bottom of your packing slip 4. Drop off your shipment at an authorized USPS shipping location 5. Please keep your USPS tracking number, we may request it, and you can also track your return at USPS.com |
2. If your order does not include a pre-paid returns label: |
1. Check your items are eligible for return 2. Use the CONTACT US form so we can send you your return label, we need to know your order number, the items you want to return, and address for collection 3. We will send you your return label, which you will be required to print 4. We will inform you of the next steps for drop off or collection |

Please ensure your return label is fully populated and including a barcode, just like the sample below. If not, just let us know so we can send you a new label before you drop off to USPS.
