My points haven't applied to my Huda's VIPs rewards account?

Please check if you were logged into your account when your order was placed. 

If so, we would recommend to reset your cache, and log in and out of your account (please check that you have the correct country selected on the site, you can change this using the flag country selector). 

If you still can't see your points on your account just let us know using the CONTACT US option below. If you were expecting any bonus points to be added please let us know what bonus points should have been added.
